Regular physical activity can help you keep fit, stay healthy and be happy. Current guidelines say that young people need to be active for 1 hour every day to maintain good health. So why not try something new, if you fancy a challenge or just want to make a change in your life, 'Sefton Leisure Services' Youth Excel and Positive Future projects are your answer!

Our Exercise and Health programme targets 10-18 year olds promoting participation in physical activity. The physical activity and sporting sessions are specifically for young people so if you have an idea let us know, or look out for events already planned.
